The Block Jax in Jacksonville is a modern, multi-use outdoor gathering space designed to bring people together through food, music, and shared experiences. Blending an open-air food hall, live entertainment, a kids’ play area, and a dog-friendly environment, it creates a relaxed, all-day destination for families and friends.
Sunshine Turf played a key role in shaping the experience on the ground, installing clean, durable turf surfaces throughout high-traffic areas. The result is a space that not only looks polished, but performs, providing safe, low-maintenance, and visually consistent surfaces that hold up to constant use while enhancing the overall feel of the environment.
Walk Off Charities
Putting the focus on our community
Walk Off Charities in Jacksonville is a community-driven nonprofit dedicated to giving every child the opportunity to play baseball. Through leagues, clinics, tournaments, and facility development, the organization creates access, structure, and meaningful experiences for youth across the city, especially in underserved areas.
We contributed to this mission by helping create high-performance playing surfaces at key facilities, including the all-turf fields at Fort Family Regional Park. The result is more than just a field. It is a safe, durable, and consistent environment where kids can learn, compete, and grow, built to handle constant use while elevating the overall experience for players and the community alike.
